Save The Bay’s comments to the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management, regarding to SouthCoast Wind Energy LLC, RIDEM File Number: DP-23-198, WQC 23-044
Save The Bay is urging DEM to ensure it has all necessary information to evaluate the application and use its regulatory authority to protect the Sakonnet River and Mount Hope Bay from potential harmful impacts of dredging and cable placement during construction of the SouthCoast Wind project.
