\"AMackenzie\u2019s passion for environmental issues and Narragansett Bay began at a young age through school programs.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Rapidly, she became an advocate in her own home, encouraging her family to make environmentally-friendly choices. She became so interested in Save The Bay\u2019s work that, after participating in a cleanup, she encouraged her parents to join her in volunteering at the Exploration Center and Aquarium.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mackenzie has been a committed docent and an ideal \u201cBay Steward of Tomorrow\u201d by quickly learning about Narragansett Bay marine life and delighting in becoming an educator in her own right by engaging aquarium guests and sharing her enthusiasm for Bay subject matter with all ages.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
